What You’ll Do:

• Connect directly with potential participants to share our mission
• Conduct database research and analyze responses
• Write and send engaging promotional
• Learn the ins and outs of event marketing and management

What We’re Looking For:

• Students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Sociology, PR, or related fields
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Results-driven mindset with great time management
• Fluent in Romanian (writing and speaking)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with NGOs in HR, Sales, or Marketing
